Lucknow: Comedian Kunal Kamra on Tuesday shared a video on his official Twitter handle adding which shows him trying to ask Republic TV’s Journalist Arnab Goswami “questions about his journalism” on an Indigo Flight on Tuesday to Lucknow. In the video, Arnab is seen ignoring Kamra and his questions while the latter parodies Goswami’s own style saying “Views today want to know if Arnab is coward of a nationalist”.

Kamra said he was questions Goswami his journalism “for Rohit”, referring to Rohit Vemula who he said was his “hero”.

Kamra at one point sounded emotional while questioning Arnab for his friend Rohith Vemula’s mother, Radhika "whose caste you were discussing on your fucking show". He added: "I know this is not allowed, its fine...I'll go to jail for this." He directed Goswami to read Rohith's suicide note to have "some emotion or some heart".

Kamra can be heard in the video, saying: "I am part of the tukde-tukde narrative. You should deflate me. Enemies of the state down...Arnab, you should have a reply. Are you a coward or are you a journalist or a nationalist? Who are you, Arnab?"

Soon after, Kamra put up a statement, saying he did "exactly what Republic TV journalists do to people in their private/public spaces". Saying he doesn't regret what he does, Kamra concluded that he wanted to apologise to "every passenger except one".
