Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh is to have a showroom of Bhima Jewellers, which has been involved in ornament-making since 1925, in a couple of days.
Bhima Jewellers, in a press release, have said that the showroom will be opened on Friday, September 30, near the Gokavaram bus stand in Lakshmi Varapu Peta of Rajahmundry.
“The launch of the new Bhima Jewellers showroom will be inaugurated at 10 am on Friday by Taneti Vanita, Minister for Home and Disaster Management, Andhra Pradesh. The chief guest for the event is Margani Bharat Ram, Member of Parliament, Andhra Pradesh, while Sri Vishwaprasanna Theertha Swami, chief pontiff of Pejawar Adhokshaja Mutt, will grace the occasion,” the press release stated.
Office-bearers of the jewellery house also said that the new showroom in Rajahmundry would have a unique ambiance for the convenience and satisfaction of the customers, in addition to the conventional and exquisite styles of ornaments.
The office-bearers, led by Savithri Krishnan, director of Bhima Jewellers, have invited customers to avail of exclusive offers on jewellery purchases on the special occasion.

Kasaragod: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Kasaragod Deanery, in collaboration with the Christ King Youth Movement (CKYM) Kayyar, is all set to host the highly anticipated cultural and arts festival, Kalotsav-2025. The event will take place at Christ the King Church grounds in Kayyar on January 11 and 12.
According to a release from CKYM Kayyar, the festival will commence at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 11, and will continue on Sunday, January 12, from 11:00 AM until 10:30 PM.
Kalotsav-2025 promises a spectacular celebration of creativity, entertainment, and community engagement, with an array of cultural performances, family entertainment activities, exciting games with prizes, and a variety of competitions. Featured events include face painting, stand-up comedy, bottle painting, singing, dance, and more.
All Konkani speaking people from across 16 parishes under the Kasaragod Deanery will participate in the festivities, making it a grand showcase of talent and unity.
