Its arrival, which became visible early in the morning, drew large crowds to the seashore, eager to witness the towering structure’s approach.
Recently, Oil India Ltd. entered into a contract with Norway’s Dolphin Drilling Ltd. to lease the Blackford Dolphin for exploration in the Andaman offshore blocks, marking a significant step in the region’s energy exploration efforts.The rig is en route from Mauritius and is expected to be deployed for offshore drilling in the Andaman region.
