Chandigarh: Congress leader in Haryana Kumari Selja has said that the party will form the new government in the state, with at least 60 seats in the Assembly, with the election counting on in the state on Tuesday.

She also said that Congress Former President Rahul Gandhi had developed an atmosphere in Haryana that would ensure a victory over the BJP in the state.

When asked about silence at the BJP headquarters and the possible reason for it, Selja said that the rival party might be aware of the final results of the elections. She also opined that there was a need for the BJP rule to end in Haryana, but added that the selection of new Chief Minister was in the hands of the party high command.
