New Delhi: Kranthi Kumar Panikera, a resident of Suryapet in Telangana, has set a Guinness World Record for stopping 57 electric fans with his tongue in just one minute. This feat, executed with unbelievable precision and speed, has left audiences both astonished and impressed.

Known as the "Drill Man" for his courageous stunts, Panikera's latest achievement further strengthens his reputation as a performer of unique acts. The Guinness World Records (GWR) shared a video recently of the jaw-dropping moment on its social media platforms, captioning the clip, “Most electric fan blades stopped using the tongue in one minute 57 by Kranthi Drillman.” The clip shows Panikera deftly using his tongue to halt the spinning blades of the fans with astonishing speed.


Since being posted, the video has garnered over 17.9 million views on X (formerly known as Twitter) and sparked a wide range of reactions online, reflecting the mix of admiration and disbelief from viewers. Hyderabad: A Muslim delivery worker was brutally assaulted in Hyderabad’s Old City on Tuesday night, allegedly after being questioned about his name and religion.

The victim, identified as Muhammad Nadeem, a resident of Talab Katta, was attacked at Moghalpura while delivering a parcel to Sultan Shahi. According to reports, unidentified assailants stopped Nadeem, asked about his identity, and then launched a violent assault.

Nadeem sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Osmania Hospital for treatment. After receiving first aid, he attempted to visit the Moghalpura Police Station to lodge a complaint but reportedly collapsed en route and was readmitted to the hospital.

Amjadullah Khan, spokesperson of the Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT), met the injured youth and demanded police action against the attackers.

The Moghalpura Police have registered a case under Sections 117(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (BNS) Act. The identities of the attackers are yet to be determined, and an investigation is underway.
