Muslims have not brought evidence to show possessory title: Supreme Court
New Delhi: The bench led by CJI Ranjan Gogoi which heard the historic Ram Janma Bhoomi case commenced pronouncing verdict in the case on Saturday 10:30 am.
In its initial observation, the court maintained that the Court should preserve balance. It also acknowledged that the “Mosque was built by Mir Baqi on order of Babur”.
"The Muslims have not brought evidence to show possessory title, there is no evidence to show the offer of Namaz by Muslims to the exclusion of Hindus. Hindus have been able to establish unimpeded possession of the outer courtyard" the bench observed.
The bench is currently pronouncing the verdict and is expected to conclude the judgment in next half-an-hour.

Trump threatens China with 50% tariffs if it sends arms to Iran
Washington (AP): The US president said his threat to impose 50% tariffs on goods from countries that sold weapons to Iran was aimed at China.
Trump told Fox News' “Sunday Morning Futures” that has heard reports of China giving anti-aircraft “shoulder missiles” to Iran. He played down the possibility of China supplying weapons to Iran, but said their goods would be taxed if they did.
“I doubt they would do that, because I have a relationship, and I think they wouldn't do that, but maybe they did a little bit at the beginning,” Trump said. “But if we catch them doing that, they get a 50% tariff.”
