National Award winning Kannada actor Sanchari Vijay succumbs to road accident injuries
Passes away at Apollo Hospital in Bengaluru
Bengaluru: National Award winning Kannada actor Sanchari Vijay who had sustained critical injuries in a road accident on Saturday passed away on Monday afternoon.
Vijay had sustained critical head injuries when he was riding his bike along with his friends on late Saturday night.
He was being treated at the Apollo Hospital in Bannerugatta here in the city.
Legendary actor Sudeep also expressed his shock over the death of Vijay through a tweet from his official handle.
Very very disheartening to accept that Sanchari Vijay breathed his last.

Bomb threat to private school in Udupi: Police conduct inspection
Udupi: A bomb threat was reported at Residency School near Kunjibettu in Udupi. Following the incident, police rushed to the spot and conducted an inspection of the school premises.
An email warning of a bomb explosion was received by the private school located near the MGM College Ground. Acting immediately, the school authorities evacuated the students and assembled them in the ground for safety.
The Udupi police, on high alert, arrived at the location with a canine squad to conduct a thorough search of the school and its surroundings. However, no evidence of explosives was found, according to the police.
The school has over 600 students, all of whom were moved to a safe location within the school grounds. Nearby educational institutions also evacuated their students as a precautionary measure. Investigations into the source of the email are underway.
