New Delhi: Controversial Hindu religious leader Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati, known for his provocative speeches, has issued a warning to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), threatening to disrupt an upcoming cricket match between India and Bangladesh in the capital city. He cited recent political developments in Bangladesh and the alleged mistreatment of Hindus in the country as the reason behind his opposition to the match.

In his statement, Narsinghanand declared that he would not allow the India-Bangladesh cricket match to take place in Delhi. "The BCCI can conduct matches anywhere else in the country, but we will not allow them to host the match in Delhi as long as atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh continue," he said.

Narsinghanand Saraswati has a history of making inflammatory speeches, particularly against Muslims and women, and has often courted controversy for his extreme views. This recent declaration comes in the wake of his ongoing criticism of the political situation in Bangladesh, where he claims Hindus are being persecuted.

So far, the BCCI has not responded to Narsinghanand's threats. However, given the gravity of the situation, it is expected that security arrangements will be tightened in case the match goes ahead in Delhi.
