New Delhi: Acting on the directions of anti-corruption ombudsman Lokpal, the CBI on Thursday registered an FIR against former Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra in the cash-for-query case, officials said.

Reliance-linked firm gave Rs 375 crore to BJP through electoral bonds, fresh data reveals

New Delhi: Fresh data released by the Election Commission on March 21 revealed that a relatively unknown firm linked to the Reliance Group, Qwik Supply Chain Private Limited, donated a substantial amount of Rs 375 crore to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) through electoral bonds. Additionally, the company also allocated Rs 35 crore worth of bonds to the Shiv Sena and the Nationalist Congress Party.
