SC upholds Madras High Court's grant of bail to lawyer arrested for his alleged links to PFI

The Supreme Court of India upheld the order of the Madras High Court granting bail to Mohammad Abbas, a lawyer from Madurai who was arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) for his alleged links with the banned Popular Front of India (PFI) organization.
