UP: Woman gives birth near Raj Bhavan in Lucknow, foetus brought dead to hospital

Lucknow: A four-and-a-half-month pregnant woman delivered her baby on the roadside near the Raj Bhavan here on Sunday. The foetus was brought dead to a hospital, doctors said.
