HC imposes Rs 25K cost on fan for PIL over Sukesh Chandrasekhar letters to Jacqueline, Nora

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has dismissed with cost of Rs 25,000 a public interest litigation (PIL) by a "hardcore fan" aggrieved by the "derogatory letters" written by Sukesh Chandrasekhar to actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi, involved in criminal proceedings together with the alleged conman.

Hyderabad/Mumbai: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday termed the gruesome incident in which a Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable shot dead four persons on a train in Maharashtra as a "terror attack targeted at Muslims", and said it is the product of continuous anti-Muslim hate speech and the "unwillingness" of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to put an end to it.
