SC notice to Centre on plea against guidelines excluding gay, transgenders from being blood donors

New Delhi: The Supreme Court Friday sought responses from the Centre and others on a plea challenging the 2017 guidelines excluding transgenders, men having sex with men and female sex workers from being blood donors.
