More than 18 years after being accused of organising meetings and distributing pamphlets linked to the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI), eight men have been acquitted by a Nagpur court for lack of evidence.

Four persons were killed and 11 others injured after the mini bus they were travelling in collided with a small truck on a highway in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri district on Saturday, police said.
