30-year old killed in serial road accident at Moodbidri
Moodbidri: One person died in a serial accident that was reported from Handelu in Moodbidri on Sunday evening. The accident involved three vehicles as they collided with each other here.
The deceased has been identified as Shekhar (30) a resident of Todaar.
According to the reports Shekhar was on his way towards Moodbidri from Todaar on his Omni car when the accident took place. Shekhar reportedly collided with an auto that was coming from the opposite direction on a sharp curve, the auto them rammed into a Ritz car that was heading towards Mangaluru.
As a result of the accident Shekhar sustained critical injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead by the doctors.
Moodbidri Police personnel reached the spot and registered a case in this regard after initial investigation.
