Mangaluru, May 28: The bandh, called by BJP accusing HD Kumaraswamy of breaking the promise of ‘loan waiver in 24 hours’, has evoked a bitter response in the district.

While buses and autos are plying as usual, shops and offices also remain open since morning. Similarly; the schools, which were scheduled to be reopened throughout the state today, are also opened.

No organisation extended its support to the bandh called by BJP.
