Bobby Chemmanur International Jewellers opens 58th jewellery showroom in Mangaluru
Mangaluru: A new gold and diamond jewellery showroom, Bobby Chemmanur International Jewellers, owned by businessman, philanthropist, sportsperson, and motivational speaker Bobby Chemmanur, was inaugurated in Mangaluru on Sunday.
The showroom, located near the Clock Tower at Hampankatta in the city, was inaugurated by dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Bobby Chemmanur said that the group currently operates 57 outlets across the USA, the Gulf, and India, and the Mangaluru store marks its 58th outlet. He added that the company aims to open a total of 25 outlets in Karnataka. He stated that high-quality gold and diamond jewellery are being offered at the most affordable prices to customers. The Chemmanur group, with a history of 163 years, is involved in multiple businesses and contributes a portion of its profits to support the needy.
He further remarked that while he may be well-known globally, have set records, and have a large fan following, none of these are permanent. According to him, only the love of people is enduring. He said that life between birth and death is very short, and one should accept both happiness and sorrow equally and live joyfully.
Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar delivered a video message. MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Karnataka Ganiga Development Corporation Chairman Vishwas Kumar Das, actor-director Upendra, Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi, former MLA Moidin Bava, BJP leader Jagadish Adhikari, former Mayor Manoj Kumar, and former Deputy Mayor Poornima extended their wishes.
On the occasion of the inauguration, financial assistance was distributed to selected deserving patients in Mangaluru through the Boche Fans Charitable Trust. Cultural programmes were also organised as part of the event, with Sahil Zaheer hosting the programme.

CBSE announces results for Class 10 board exams
New Delhi (PTI): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday announced results for Class 10 board exams, officials said.
"The results have been declared," a senior board official said.
The CBSE started with two editions of board exams for Class 10 from this year. It was mandatory for students to appear in the first edition, the results of which have been declared.
