Congress will build Ram Mandir if it comes to power: CM Ibrahim
Mangaluru: If Congress comes to power at Center, we will definitely build the Ram temple. Instead of being one-sided like BJP, we will construct Ram Mandir after holding discussions between Hindu and Muslim communities, former union minister and MLC CM Ibrahim said.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the Dakshina Kannada District Congress Parivartan Rally at Adyar Garden on the outskirts of the city on Wednesday.
Attacking PM Modi, he said "The country has not seen a weak PM like Modi in the last 70 years. The people of the country have become beggars because of Modi. It is ironic that he, who does not know about family life, is batting for 30 crore Muslim women's triple talaqs."
"While the prime minister was closing D.K district's prestigious Vijaya Bank, MP of this constituency Nalin Kumar Kateel and former Lokayukta Santosh Hegde kept mum, and this was an insult to the people here," he added.

Karnataka MLC Nazir Ahmed visits Ajman Ruler’s Court, Thumbay Medicity
Ajman, UAE: Karnataka Legislative Council member and Political Secretary to the Chief Minister, Nazir Ahmed, visited the Ajman Ruler’s Court and Thumbay Medicity, strengthening ties between Karnataka and the UAE.
At the Ruler’s Court, Ahmed met Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ruler’s Court, to discuss avenues for collaboration in healthcare, education, and research. He extended an invitation to Sheikh Majid to visit Bengaluru and proposed a future delegation of high-level officials from Karnataka to Ajman and Thumbay Medicity.
