Dharna against Surathkal tollgate enters 2nd day
Mangaluru: The Toll Gate Virodhi Horata Samiti's dharna, demanding the closure of the illegal tollgate at Surathkal, continued for the second day. The organizers have informed that the protest would continue until their demands are met.
Former MLA Vijaya Kumar Shetty, convenor of the committee Muneer Katipalla, Santosh Bajal and others participated in the dharna.
All College Students Association Vice President Tejas Kulai, Harshit Poojary, Nikhil Poojary and others too extended their support to the strike.

Iran says US-Israeli attacks have killed 555 people so far in Iran
Dubai (AP): The Iranian Red Crescent Society said on Monday that the US-Israeli airstrike campaign targeting Iran has killed at least 555 people so far in the Islamic Republic.
The society added that 131 cities have come under attack so far in the war.
