Eid-ul-Adha on August 12 in Dakshina Kannada

Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada Qazi, Al Haj Thwaka Ahmed Musliyar on Friday announced that August 12 will mark the Eid-ul-Adha (Bakrid) in the District.

The Qazi further announced that August 3 will mark the beginning of the month of Dhul Haj.

According to the reports the crescent moon of the month of Dhul Haj was sighted in Bhatkal on Friday.
