Four youngsters arrested, 1.2kg Ganja seized by Mangaluru police
Mangaluru: Mangaluru Police on Friday arrested four people for allegedly smuggling drugs in the city and seized 1.2kg Ganja from the accused in a raid led by Police Commissioner Sandeep Patil.
The accused have been identified as Prithvi P Kumar (19), Clevin Saldhana (21), V S Nikhil (21) and Sagar Ameen (23) all residents of different parts of the city.
The raid was carried by ACP Central on Friday near Attavar Babugudda Cross where the police busted the four accused.
The raiding team seized 1.2 kg Ganja, five mobile phones from the accussed, Police Commissioner Sandeep Patil who supervised the operation told reporters.

Gill leads Gujarat Titans to 5-wicket win against Kolkata Knight Riders
Ahmedabad (PTI): Shubman Gill led from the front with a classy 86 as Gujarat Titans defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by five wickets in an Indian Premier League match here on Friday.
Earlier, KKR all-rounder Cameron Green produced a fighting 79 off 55 balls to lift his side to 180 all out. In reply, Gill anchored the chase with a composed 86 off 50 deliveries as GT crossed the line in 19.4 overs.
The win marked GT's third successive victory after opening with two losses, while KKR's search for their first win of the season continues.
