Mangaluru: The funeral rites of Al Haj P. M Abbas Musliyar, the founder of Al Madeena Islamic Complex, will be held on Tuesday morning at Al Madeena Masjid here in Manjanady of Mangaluru.
The noted Muslim Sunni leader of Karnataka and North Kerala passed away on Monday afternoon after brief illness here in the city.

The mortal remains of Al Haj P. M Abbas Musliyaar is currently kept at his son’s residence at Manjanady and will be taken to Al Madeena Masjid after the evening prayers for public viewing.
His funeral rites will be held at 9.am on Tuesday, SYS Karnataka Committee General Secretary, MSM Zaini Kamil informed.

Mangaluru/Kuala Lumpur: A delegation led by Dr. Muhammed Abdul Hakkim Azhari, Managing Director of Markaz Knowledge City, met Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar bin Ibrahim on Friday.
The meeting was held at the Nasyrul Quran Centre in Putrajaya, near the capital city Kuala Lumpur. During the interaction, the team discussed key issues related to healthcare, education, and current affairs with the Malaysian Prime Minister.
Also present on the occasion were Dr. UT Ifthikar Fareed, Chairman of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions, along with several other dignitaries.
