Udupi, July 21: Start preparing for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections by compensating the flaws in the assembly polls. Rahul Gandhi must be made prime minister by getting 20 seats in Karnataka.

He was speaking at a KPCC office bearer and District Congress presidents meeting.

“Despite giving good governance, schemes; somewhere we stumbled. No charges of corruption against our previous government have also been heard. We gave good governance. We were confident of winning the 125 places,” he said.

Those mistakes should not be repeated this time. Entire country’s responsibility has come on young leader Rahul Gandhi. His words were more relevant in Parliament yesterday. He came down heavily on Modi government. All of us need his administration.

We had created booth-level committees in the last assembly elections last time. This time, these committees should be used more efficiently.

“The new presidents should create new committees and share the work with everyone. Each activist of the Congress will get a place in the party. Thus everyone should work for the party,” Parameshwar said.
