Karnataka CM-designate Kumaraswamy arrives at Dharmasthala
Belthangady: Karnataka CM-designate HD Kumaraswamy arrived at Dharmasthala this morning.
The CM-designate HD Kumaraswamy, who along with wife Anita Kumaraswamy arrived at Vasant Mahal Helipad in Dharmasthala at 9:05 am, was welcomed by leaders and workers of the party. D.K SP Dr. BR Ravikanthegowda and others were also present.
Later, they proceeded towards Shri kshetra Dharmasthala, where they were received through a procession by the temple.
Kumaraswamy, who visited the temple before taking oath as 25th Chief Minister of the state on Wednesday, offered a special pooja at Shri Manjunatheshwara temple in Dharmasthala.
Later, they are scheduled to travel to Sringeri from here.

US Consulate in Dubai reportedly attacked
Dubai: Smoke was seen rising from an area near the United States Consulate in Dubai, according to witness accounts cited by Reuters.
There was no immediate official confirmation on the extent of damage or whether there were any casualties in the incident.
Earlier, the US embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital, was also attacked. Authorities reported damage to the premises, but no casualties were recorded.
The developments come amid heightened tensions in the region, with Iran continuing to target US interests in the Middle East following deadly attacks launched on Saturday by Israel and the United States.
