Kasargod: More than 150 homes flooded with water in Nileshwar
Kasargod: As the heavy rains continued to lash the District on Saturday morning more than 150 houses in Nileshwar have been flooded with water.
Power supply in the region has also been disrupted, completely affecting daily life of local residents. Incidents of landslides were also reported from different parts of the District on Saturday morning.
All the schools and colleges in the District remained closed on Saturday due to heavy rain.
The coast guard personnel have been deployed in the region who are busy in evacuating people from the flood-hit regions to safer locations.

Mangaluru: A new pre-University college, "Bearys Integrated Pre-University College," has been established under the esteemed Bearys Group of Institutions in Mangalore.
