Kundapur: 51-year old pedestrian killed after being mowed down by car
Kundapur: In a tragic road accident near Hemmady near Kundapur, a bolero car ran over a man walking beside National Highway 66 on Tuesday around 11 am here, killing the pedestrian on the spot.
The deceased has been identified as Krishna poojary (51), a local resident.
According to the reports the Bolero car was heading towards Byndoor from Kundapur when the accident took place. Krishna who sustained severe injuries in the accident died on the spot.
Kundapur Traffic Police rushed to the spot and registered case in this regard.

CBSE announces results for Class 10 board exams
New Delhi (PTI): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday announced results for Class 10 board exams, officials said.
"The results have been declared," a senior board official said.
The CBSE started with two editions of board exams for Class 10 from this year. It was mandatory for students to appear in the first edition, the results of which have been declared.
