Mangalore: Vishwas Realty’s upcoming commercial complex ‘Vishwas Trade Centre’ near Polali Dwara at Gurupura Kaikamba was inaugurated through a foundation stone laying ceremony on Friday.

Hazrath Dr. Muhammed Faazil Rizvi of Kawalkatte laid the foundation stone for the building and offered prayers during the occasion. The project’s brochure release was undertaken by Bantwal MLA Rajesh Nayak at the event.

Addoor Juma Masjid’s Khateeb Shareef Daarimi, Zilla Panchayat member U P Ibrahim, Ramesh Shetty Mijar, Metro Shahul Hameed Haji, Hari Prasad Rai Polali, Vivek Rai Kaikamba, Sunil Fernandez, Chandrahas Shetty Narala, including Engineer Ravi Prasad Upadhyay Moodubidire, various other dignitaries along with the organization’s well-wishers, Vishwas Bawa Builders, and Vishwas Estate’s Staff, Talent Research Foundation’s volunteers were also present during the event.

The organization’s shareholders Abdul Rauf Puttige and Sulaiman Shaikh Belvai welcomed the gathering. Project organizer Noushad Haji Suralpadi conveyed the vote of thanks.

The upcoming commercial complex, complete with all the modern amenities will be built beside the Mangalore-Moodbidri highway near the Polali Gateway. The upcoming building will be an ideal place to host supermarkets, hotels, Departmental stores, ATM, Office, and various other workspaces.

New Delhi (PTI): Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Saturday said his visit to India has been delayed due to the company's heavy obligations.

Musk, who was supposed to be visiting India in the fourth week of April, in a post on X, said, "Unfortunately, very heavy Tesla obligations require that the visit to India be delayed, but I do very much look forward to visiting this year".

Earlier this month, Musk had confirmed his proposed visit to India, saying he was looking forward to meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
