Mangaluru: Four members of family attempt suicide, hospitalized
Mangaluru: Four members of a family on Wednesday reportedly attempted attempted suicide by consuming poison here in the city.
The four members of the family have been identified as Ganesh, Preeti, Saurabh and Prateek. They have been admitted to a private hospital in the city after the incident.
The reason behind their decision to attempt suicide is yet to be ascertained. Local police are investigating the matter.

Drone attack targets Kuwait International Airport
Kuwait City: A drone targeted Kuwait International Airport, causing minor injuries to a number of employees and limited material damage to the passenger building, according to The General Authority of Civil Aviation in Kuwait.
In a statement, the authority said several staff members sustained minor injuries. It also confirmed that there was limited damage to part of the passenger terminal.
The authority’s official spokesperson, Abdullah al-Rajhi, said the situation was brought under control quickly. He stated that authorities immediately initiated “approved emergency procedures, where the incident was handled, and the site was secured”.
Further details about the source of the drone or the extent of the damage were not immediately available.
