Mangaluru: In a pleasing incident a video of a woman rescuing a dog which fell in well is going viral.
According to the reports, the dog fell in a water well in Ballalbagh of Mangaluru. Rajini Shetty, who noticed the dog struggling for his life in the water, came to the rescue of the animal.
Rajini, in the video can be seen getting down into the well and rescue the dog.
The video has gone viral on local social media platforms and is being widely shared with appreciation for Rajini.

CPI stalwart Nallakannu dead
Chennai (PTI): Veteran leader of the CPI, R Nallakannu died here on Wednesday, the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital said.
He was aged about 101, party sources said.
A hospital bulletin said, despite intensive care, he passed away at 1.55 PM on February 25, 2026 following failure of all vital organs.
