M’luru: Lifeless body of individual found in deserted location on Panambur-Jokatte road

Mangaluru: A lifeless body of an individual was discovered in a deserted location on the Jokatte-Panambur road on Wednesday.
The identity of the deceased individual is yet to be ascertained. It is being suspected that the individual, a man, could be aged between 40-45-year-old.

The Panambur Police have visited the scene and have conducted an investigation, a case has also been registered in this regard and the probe is underway.

5.2-magnitude quake jolts Manipur
Imphal/Shillong (PTI): Manipur was struck by an earthquake of 5.2 magnitude on Tuesday morning, officials said.
The quake occurred at 5.59 am with its epicentre located in Kamjong district, they added.
Tremors were felt in neighbouring Ukhrul district and state capital Imphal, and even Meghalaya but no casualty or damage has been reported so far.
