Salihat PU College: 100 per cent results in Arts, Commerce
Udupi: Salihat PU College, located at Thonse in Hoode here, have secured 100 percent results in Arts and Commerce fields, and achieved 80 per cent results in Science in this year’s PU II examinations.
Sabiha Kausar of Commerce department secured 571, Neema Kausar 555, Nida Naaz 540, Ayesha Rifa 533, Bibi Safa 532, Faika Farheen 518, Shaikh Shama Begum 515; whereas in science: Heena Kausar passed with distinction.
Commerce department’s Sabeel Kausar has secured 100 marks each in Accounts and Business Studies subjects.

US Consulate in Dubai reportedly attacked
Dubai: Smoke was seen rising from an area near the United States Consulate in Dubai, according to witness accounts cited by Reuters.
There was no immediate official confirmation on the extent of damage or whether there were any casualties in the incident.
Earlier, the US embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital, was also attacked. Authorities reported damage to the premises, but no casualties were recorded.
The developments come amid heightened tensions in the region, with Iran continuing to target US interests in the Middle East following deadly attacks launched on Saturday by Israel and the United States.
