Mangaluru: Three bike-borne unidentified people on Thursday attacked a shop which was decorated to mark the Valentine’s Day, in Karangalpady in Mangaluru city.
The trio attacked the flower shop here, and damaged destroyed the flowers that were decorated on the occasion of Valentine’s day, while also damaging the bicycles that were also kept fancily decorated in the shop on the occasion.
The accident has been reported when the police officials had beefed up the security arrangements in the city on account of Valentine’s Day to avoid and defuse any kinds of protests, backlash or incidents of moral policing by the fringe elements.

Tehran: Iran has reportedly declared 40 days of public mourning following the killing of the country’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Al Jazeera reported citing Iranian state media.
According to the report, Fars News Agency said the Iranian government has announced 40 days of nationwide mourning in the wake of Khamenei’s killing. The agency also reported that seven days of public holidays have been declared.
