Sullia: The Sullia Police on Sunday arrested a suspect in connection with a recent bike theft case. The arrested individual has been identified as Subramani (26), he was a resident of Basavanahalli in Somwarpet, Kodagu.
On September 16th, in connection to a bike theft case, the sub-inspector of police and the team of officers conducted search operations and arrested the suspect. After several hours of investigation, they located the accused in the Saralikunj village of Sullia taluk and presented them before the court of law.
In the meantime, the police further revealed that the accused Subramani stole the purse of a person lying at the Sullia bus stand a few days ago.

Bengaluru: In a recent incident in Tilak Nagar, Bengaluru, a burglar took advantage of a family's absence and broke into their home in SRK Garden on Tuesday night. The thief made off with 3.5 kilograms of gold and cash amounting to Rs 10 lakh while the entire family was away in Ramanagar.
Upon receiving a complaint from the homeowner, the Tilak Nagar Police launched an investigation and registered a case. CCTV footage from the house's exterior revealed that an individual had forcibly entered the residence late on Tuesday night.
Authorities are currently using the footage to identify and locate the suspect. Additionally, forensic experts have also visited the crime scene.
