Surathkal Abdul Jaleel murder case: Mangaluru cops arrest fourth accused
Surathkal: Local police on Tuesday arrested another accused in the Abdul Jaleel murder case that took place on Saturday evening in Krishnapura 9th block here in the city.
The arrested accused has been identified as Lakshmisha Devadiga (28), a resident of Krishnapura 4th block, Surathkal.
Lakshmisha’s arrest has taken the total number of arrests in the case to four. Earlier the cops had arrested three others, Shailesh (21) of Krishnapura, Saveen Kanchan (24) of Hejmady and Pawan (23) of Krishnapura in Surathkal.
Abdul Jaleel was stabbed multiple times on Saturday evening outside his grocery store by two masked men. He had breathed his last while being rushed to the hospital.
