Three killed, one critical as ambulance crashes into toll gate's pole at Shiroor

Byndoor: In a horrific road accident that took place at the Shiroor toll gate on Wednesday evening, an ambulance carrying a patient from Honnavar towards Mangaluru crashed at the toll gate after the driver lost control over the vehicle.
Three people died in the crash while one person sustained grievous injuries and was admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
The horrible crash was captured in the CCTV cameras at the toll gate that soon went viral on local social media platforms. In the video, the ambulance can be seen crashing into the toll gate after the driver lost control over the wheels. It overturned throwing the patient and attenders out of the vehicle after hitting a pole at the toll gate.
Local police have reached the spot and have registered a case in this regard.

Trump says suspect was armed with multiple weapons at WH correspondents' dinner
Washington (PTI): President Donald Trump is addressing reporters at the White House after he and other top leaders of the United States were evacuated from an annual dinner of White House correspondents on Saturday night after a shooting incident outside the ballroom.
Trump said the suspect was armed with multiple weapons before stopped by Secret Service. One officer was shot, but he was protected by a bulletproof vest.
“He was shot from very close distance with a very powerful gun, and the vest did the job,” Trump said.
