Udupi: A total of six COVID-19 cases have been reported from Brahammavara Taluk Monday. All the patients have been hospitalized and four houses have been sealed down.
The list of the positive cases includes the father-daughter of Uppuru and a mother-daughter of Havanje. These two homes have also been sealed down. Similarly, a principal in Chitrapady's Kartettu tested positive for novel Coronavirus and hospitalized. His home is also sealed down.
A woman from Kuradi also tested positive today. Her house had already been sealed down as her husband had earlier tested positive.
Three police personnel in Kundapur Taluk have tested positive and also three persons infected in Koteshwar.

New Delhi (PTI): A Leh-bound SpiceJet aircraft returned to the national capital due to an engine issue on Tuesday morning, according to a source.
There were around 150 people on board the Boeing 737 aircraft that was operating the flight SG121, the source added.
When contacted, a SpiceJet spokesperson said a flight operating from Delhi to Leh on Tuesday returned to Delhi after experiencing a technical issue.
"The aircraft landed safely in Delhi, and all passengers were disembarked normally," the spokesperson said in a statement.
The source said the aircraft suffered an engine issue.
