Udupi: Shirva Don Bosco School Principal commits suicide
Udupi: Principal of Shirva Don Bosco School, Mahesh D’Souza on Friday night committed suicide at his chamber in school here in Udupi.
36-year old Mahesh was reportedly depressed and hanged himself in his cabin at the school on Friday night.
Don Bosco School in run under the administration of Shirva Arogya Maatha. A case in this regard has been registered at Shirva Police Station.

US Embassy advises Americans to reconsider Hajj travel
Riyadh: The United States Embassy in Saudi Arabia has advised American citizens to reconsider travel to the country, including participation in the annual Hajj pilgrimage, amid the ongoing regional conflict.
In a travel advisory, the embassy urged US nationals to exercise caution and review their plans in light of the current security situation.
It specifically advised Americans to reconsider “participation in Hajj this year” to the holy city of Mecca.
