Vitla: POCSO Act case filed against BJP leader for sexual harassment of minor girl
Vitla: A case under Dalit Atrocities Act and POCSO Act has been registered at Vitla Police Station against a BJP leader of the Manila village unit accused of sexually assaulting a minor girl.
The accused reportedly spoke to the 16-year-old girl using inappropriate language and misbehaved with her.
The leader is learned to be absconding since the registration of the police case against him.
