Bengaluru: Charged with attempted robbery, two rowdy sheeters have been reportedly arrested by the CCB Police here on Saturday.
The arrested men are identified as rowdy sheeter Manoj aka Manu and Shekhar, police sources said.
The conspiracy for attempted robbery came to light during a police investigation carried out within the Vyalikaval jurisdiction. It has been learned that the two conspired to rob jewellery.
The investigation also revealed that a murder case was lodged against rowdy sheeter Manu earlier in the Penya police station.
After seizing their weapons, the police are currently investigating the case for additional information in this regard, reports said.
