Bengaluru, Mar 8: A day after claiming that surveys indicated that the Congress is projected to win over 140 out of the total 224 seats in the upcoming Karnataka Assembly polls, its state President D K Shivakumar on Wednesday said BJP's numbers would not cross beyond 65, and may even come down to 40 seats.

Bengaluru: Actor Prakash Raj exercised his right to vote during the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 by visiting his polling booth in Bengaluru on April 26. He took to social media to share a video urging fans and followers to also participate in the democratic process.
In the video, he is speaking about voting for change and against hate, expressing his belief in choosing a representative who would voice the concerns of the people in the parliament.
Prakash Raj, known for his work in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada films, further elaborated on the significance of voting in an interview with the media. He also spoke on the importance of selecting a candidate based on their manifesto and one's belief in them, particularly in light of the divisive politics witnessed in recent years.
