Chamarajanagar: A man allegedly killed his wife using a lethal weapon in Kottalawadi village of Chamarajanagar Taluk on Sunday.
Mahesh hacked his wife Rathnamma, 30, with a machete, after a quarrel between them on Sunday night. The couple is said to have had frequent fights over minor issues.
Chamarajanagar Rural Police have filed a case and have taken Mahesh into custody.

Mangaluru: Three persons, including the owner of a house, were injured when a tree fell on their house near BGS High School near Kavoor on the outskirts of the city today.
The owner of the house Sadananda, his wife Ratna and their daughter were injured. It is learned that a lot of damage has been done to the house.
