Bengaluru: The CID team investigating the PSI recruitment scam on Wednesday submitted the second charge sheet in the case here at the first ACMM Court in the city.

The 3065-page chargesheet has named 30 accused and 202 witnesses with over 330 documents related to the case. The CID team has not included the names of some of the accused in the case including IPS officer Amrit Paul, sources said the CID was gathering more information on Paul before naming him in the chargesheet.

Several police officials, politicians, and others have been arrested in the case and are currently in judicial custody. They were charged with tampering with the answer sheets of the candidates in the recruitment process of 545 PSI in the police department.
