Bengaluru: Congress senior leader Dinesh Gundurao has questioned on social media the lack of facility to represent the backward and oppressed classes while taking major decisions in the BJP.

He also called the BJP a mouth piece of the RSS and commented that every move of the BJP is taken by the RSS think tank.

In a post on his Twitter handle, he has said, “The election of Mallikarjun Kharge as the president of AICC shows that the internal system of the Congress functions democratically. The BJP questions the presence of such democracy in the Congress internal working system. How did J P Nadda become president of the BJP?”

Dinesh Gundurao said that Kharge’s election as new president of the Congress represents not only the democratic functioning style of the party. “It also displays the sense of social justice upheld by the Congress. This is completely missing in the BJP. Would a representation to the oppressed classes for mere show and tainted by hypocrisy amount to a sense of social justice?” he questioned.

“Since the BJP questions the sense of social justice in the Congress, I challenge the party members to explain why the post of the Sarsanghchalak (chief) of the RSS is held by a person from only one caste,” Dinesh Gundurao said.
