Declaring unabashedly that I’m a 'devotee' of Modi: Anant Nag says on National Press Day
Bengaluru: I am a follower of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and unashamed to declare this publicly, veteran actor Anant Nag has said.
He was reportedly addressing a programme organized by Karnataka Media Academy in the city on the occasion of National Press Day on Wednesday.
“Modi has been working as Prime Minister for eight and a half years now, without a day’s break. His efforts and works have swept me off my feet,” Nag said.
He added, “Modi worked as chief minister for 14 years and for eight years as Prime Minister. I like the works he has undertaken and have become a ‘bhakta’ (devotee) of Modi.”

Manmohan Singh admitted to hospital, condition critical: Sources
New Delhi, Dec 26: Former prime minister Manmohan Singh was admitted to AIIMS Delhi on Thursday evening after his health deteriorated, sources said.
They said the condition of 92-year-old Singh was critical.
He was brought to the emergency department of the hospital, they said.
