Dharwad: A tense situation unfolded in Atthaka Barangay on Wednesday when an individual fired gunshots into the air during a dispute related to a property matter.

The altercation between two parties, Sushant Agrawal, a resident of Mumbai, and Pawan Kulkarni, reportedly escalated to the point where Agrawal resorted to firing his weapon to scare Kulkarni.

Preliminary findings from the police investigation suggest that the gunshots were fired with the intention of intimidating the opposing party.

The conflict centered around a disputed location between Sushant and Pawan. The areas of contention were adjacent to each other, and tensions flared up once again on Wednesday. It was during this altercation that Sushant allegedly fired the gunshots.
