Shivmoga: Former Revenue Minister Kagodu Thimmappa who was admitted at a private hospital in Shivmoga on Friday is said to be responding to the treatment and his health is reportedly stable now. He will now be shifted to a hospital in Bengaluru for further treatment.
Thimmappa was on Friday admitted to a private hospital in Shivmoga due to his deteriorating health. He is suffering from respiratory problem and hypertension issues and is currently being treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital.
Official sources added that the former minister will be shifted to a Bengaluru hospital for further treatment on Saturday.

Dubai (AP): Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz said that attacks against Iran will “increase significantly” in the coming week.
Katz spoke on Saturday, hours after US President Donald Trump said he was considering “winding down” military operations in the Mideast.
“This week, the intensity of the attacks that the IDF and the US military will carry out against the Iranian terrorist regime and against the infrastructures on which it relies will increase significantly,” Katz said in a video statement.
