Four of a family killed in road accident
Bellary: Four members of a family including a doctor killed on the spot when the car they were travelling in crashed into a road divider near Soamsamudra on Friday morning.
The deceased have been identified as Dr. Santosh (35), his wife Archana (28), daughter Lakshmi (5), and a relative Sidramappa (45). One injured person has been hospitalized.
The accident took place when the driver of the Swift car, in which they were travelling, lost control over the vehicle and hit the divider.
Kurugodu police have registered a case.
