As the term of the police custody of accused Ganesh Miskin and Amith Baddi was completed on Monday, the SIT officials produced them before the 3rd ACMM court on Monday. During this time, the accused have complained before the judge that the police have tortured them and attacked on their necks, hands and legs, it is said.
Advocate Amrutesh, representing the accused, appealed the judge to conduct the complete medical check of Ganesh Miskin and Amith Baddi and the court has approved his appeal. The Judge remanded the accused to 14 days judicial custody. The judge ordered the SIT police to conduct the medical check up of the accused and submit the report to the court.
