Chikkamagaluru: Unscientific construction caused a massive water-logging after the heavy rainfall at Chikkadevanuru railway underpass resulting inconvenience to commuters near Sakharayapattana on Chikkamagaluru-Banavar state highway.
The vehicular movement was severely affected due to the water-logging. The public blamed the unscientific bridge construction for being the reason behind this.
