Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday dismissed the bail petitions filed by ten accused in the case related to the brutal mob killing of Mohammad Ashraf, a youth from Wayanad, which took place on April 27 in Kudupu on the outskirts of Mangaluru.

The accused who had approached the High Court seeking bail are Anil Kumar (28), Saideep (29), Anil Kumar (31), Yathiraj (27), Manish Shetty (21), Pradeep (36), Vivian Alvares (41), Sridatta (32), Dhanush (31) and Kishore Kumar (37).

Justice Mohammad Nawaz, who heard the petitions, observed that the investigating officers have already filed the chargesheet before the trial court.
